Gentle care for the first weeks at home

I come to you, so you can rest, heal and get to know your baby.

Hi, I'm Adiyah

The oldest of four, a former nanny and a fitness trainer who worked with new moms, I'm now training as a postpartum doula with DONA International. It's an honor to make your first weeks a little gentler.

You don't have to be struggling to ask. If more rest or a calm extra pair of hands sounds good, the free call is a good start.

How long is a visit?

At least 2 hours, usually about 4. We plan the hours together.

When can you come?

Any day of the week, during the day.

When should I get in touch?

Any time, during pregnancy or after the birth. Earlier is easier for planning.
